In my opinion CPA networks can make you a lot more money and faster than contextual ads like google or yahoo. But only if done right. Of course it is simpler to have a site or blog and slap google ads on it and make money simply from clicks. The companies that I have had the best results with are Azoogle Ads and Maxbounty although I have tried many. They have easy cost per action offers like entering a zip code or phone number. Great for entertainment or social site. If you have no traffic drive with a very cheap PPC advertiser.
