Maybe not buying it but renting it if you have not already seen it in theaters. The movie is a motivating one and I think it’s Will Smith’s best serious roll. I have a lot of respect for people that are determined and come out on top even when they are disadvantaged. In Pursuit of Happyness is inspired by a true story and Will Smith plays a father that really steps up to the plate for his son.

I would not recommend going out to see this movie.

The storyline is ridiculous and too hard to believe, there are fairy tale creatures running around in the real world. No wonder the commercials lack any real details of the movie.

M. Night Shyamalan is gradually putting himself in his own movies as more major roles .
I would not be surprised if he was just casting all his family and friends. Which it seems like in this movie. Although this movie was not as horrible as his last film “The Village,” it was pretty close.

Looks like M. Night Shyamalan was a one hit wonder with “The Sixth Sense” and I’m not going to be tricked into wasting any more money on his movies in the future.
