In the ever competitive world of the internet people need to make ever reader count. This means it is a must to help get your blog and content out there any way you can. You need to connect to readers through feeds. I recommend Feedburner. This will help users subscribe to you blog and keep coming back as you continue to update your blog. Put a variety of subsciptions up including MyYahoo, Newsgator, and Google. Group these up and keep the look clean.

When you first create your blog submit your blog url to AT LEAST Google, Yahoo, MSN, and DMOZ search engines and directory.� These take some time for you to be listed so do this early!
