Three books I would encourage anyone to read are How to Get Rich, The 4 Hour Workweek, and The ABCs of Real Estate Investing.

How To Get Rich by Felix Dennis might be my favorite book ever. It’s blunt and entertaining to read. The book has a lot on business mindset, business relationships, running a company, pitfalls, etc. It really can change your outlook on a lot of things. Besides being funny, it’s also motivating and I bought it on Amazon for $2.00.

4 Hour Workweek needs to be read because the ideas that it puts into your head. Like geoarbitrage (living or vacationing like a king in other countries because of the exchange rate) and it gives you steps on how to do this. It also brings up the idea of having a virtual assistant help you with your work from the office or everyday life. There are many other ideas Timothy Ferris touches on in the story.

This is the book you want to check out if you’re looking to get started in real estate. The book gives practical information that you can use and start to make real deals. When I was reading this book I ended up taking a ton of notes which I never do. A great place to start for real estate investing.

Know of any other books i should check out?
